Purchase and delivery of five refuse collection vehicles for Verko

The contract concerns the purchase and delivery of five new, fully finished and ready-to-operate refuse collection vehicles, including a full-service maintenance contract during the warranty period (see II.9), and a maintenance contract for a period of 10 years, for Verko. The refuse collection vehicles will be used for the collection of various waste fractions within Verko's area of operation. The contract includes the delivery of fully assembled and ready-to-use vehicles. Each vehicle forms a single technical and functional unit, consisting of, among other things, the chassis, the drivetrain, the refuse collection body, the compaction and ejection system, the loading system, the weighing and identification system, the camera and safety systems, and all other equipment described in the technical specifications of this tender document. The contractor is responsible for the complete technical coordination and integration of all vehicle components. They are responsible for the coordination between the chassis manufacturer or supplier, the bodywork constructor, and the suppliers of the other systems and equipment. The contract also includes all services necessary to make the vehicles fully operational, including at least: • the construction and technical integration of the vehicles; • the supply and installation of all required equipment and systems; • the execution of the required tests and inspections; • the homologation, inspection, and conformity of the fully assembled vehicle; • the delivery of the required certificates, manuals, and technical documentation; • the commissioning and training of the involved personnel; • the warranty and technical support in accordance with the provisions of this tender document. Upon delivery, the vehicles must be fully finished, inspected, ready for registration or registration, homologated, and immediately deployable for the intended waste collection.
