Original language: DutchUZ Leuven is een universitair ziekenhuis waar patiënten kunnen rekenen op gespecialiseerde zorg en innovatieve behandelingen, gecombineerd met humane aandacht en respect voor elke persoon. Dagelijks leveren bijna 10.000 gepassioneerde medewerkers de best mogelijke zorg op maat. Om de best mogelijke zorg te blijven garanderen is gekozen om een bestaande Ambient Speech AI oplossing aan te schaffen. Deze dient als ondersteuning van de artsen en andere zorgverleners tijdens consultaties. De aanbesteder (UZ Leuven) wenst - administratieve lasten te verminderen - consultaties efficiënter te documenteren - transcriptiekwaliteit te verhogen - foutenmarge in verslaggeving te verlagen - veilige en conforme AI-ondersteuning te implementeren De opdracht betreft de aankoop, implementatie, indienststelling en ondersteuning van een Ambient Speech AI-oplossing die in staat is om: - real-time transcriptie van (medische) gesprekken te genereren - contextuele interpretatie (medische terminologie, domeinspecifiek vakjargon) - automatische gestructureerde verslaggeving op basis van spraak - meertalige verwerking (minimaal NL, FR, ENG) - integratie met bestaande systemen (EPD, Nexuzhealth) De oplossing moet volledig integreerbaar zijn via een goed gedocumenteerde API in het EPD van nexuzhealth. De AI tool dient voor de eigen noden van UZ Leuven maar ook voor andere zorginstellingen die hetzelfde EPD (via nexuzhealth) delen. De oplossing dient te voldoen aan de EU AI ACT, GDPR, NIS2, wettelijk kader rond dataverwerking en relevante Belgische regelgeving.
