Aankoop van een hoge-resolutie-massaspectrometriesysteem (HR-MS) voor het klinisch laboratorium. De opdracht omvat het leveren, installeren, en in dienst stellen van een HR-MS systeem, inclusief software, onderhoudscontract, applicaties, ondersteuning en opleiding van de gebruikers. Het beoogde systeem laat gerichte kwantificatie toe van componenten in de domeinen van de therapeutische drug monitoring, hormonologie en toxicologie alsook bredere kwalitatieve screening van toxicologische substanties incl. NPS in diverse matrices (urine, bloed, serum, haar,…). De hiertoe vereiste software/bibliotheken/applicaties worden mee aangeboden. - kwantitatief onderzoek: minimaal wordt kwantificatie van de parameters opgenomen in de MassTox® Drugs of Abuse Testing in Urine kit van Chromsystems geïmplementeerd. Dit kan via de full applicatie van Chromsystems (inclusief kolom en loopvloeistoffen van de kit) of via gebruik van kalibratoren/controles/interne standaarden van Chromsystems, doch met gebruik van firma eigen kolom/loopvloeistoffen. Implementatie van deze applicatie is een vereiste en bepalend onderdeel van het aanbestedingsdossier. - kwalitatief onderzoek: brede multicomponent screening naar aanwezige medicatie/drugs incl. NPS met gebruik van meegeleverde bibliotheken. Het kwalitatief onderzoek kan al dan niet simultaan lopen met het kwantitatief onderzoek (cfr eerste paragraaf).
