Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe nodigt marktpartijen uit om samen te werken binnen de raamovereenkomst aanschaf en onderhoud materieel BWS. We zoeken partners die niet alleen vakbekwaam zijn in de levering en het onderhoud van materieel voor BWS, maar ook willen investeren in een duurzame, open en betrouwbare samenwerking.
Het gaat om de aanschaf van materieel en het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud, aangevuld met eventuele ad-hoc reparaties buiten de reguliere planning wanneer dat nodig is.
Er is geen maximum gesteld aan het aantal raamcontractanten binnen de raamovereenkomst; iedere Inschrijver die voldoet (zie Hoofdstuk 4) komt in aanmerking voor toelating
