De beleidskaders zullen zijn: wonen. Dit beleidsplan ruimte zal het gemeentelijk ruimtelijk structuurplan van 2011 vervangen. Het gemeentebestuur wenst bij de analyse van haar grondgebied ook een woonbehoeftestudie te laten opmaken.
