Original language: GermanDer Landkreis Northeim plant den Abbruch und schlüsselfertige Errichtung des Erweiterungsbaus sowie die Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäudes der Goetheschule am Standort Schützenstraße 1 in Einbeck im Rahmen einer Gesamtvergabe von Planungs- und Bauleistungen und Finanzierungsleistungen. Außerdem ist die Planung, Errichtung und Betrieb eines temporären Interimsstandortes auf dem B-Platz des August-Wenzel-Stadions der Stadt Einbeck einschließlich des anschließenden vollständigen Rückbaus des Interimsgebäudes Bestandteil des Leistungspakets. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören Planung, Bau einschließlich des Herrichtens der Außenanlagen, Bauzwischen- und Endfinanzierung sowie die Erbringung der Wartungsleistungen innerhalb der verlängerten Gewährleistungsfristen. Die Leistungen werden als Gesamtvergabe an einen Totalunternehmer-/-übernehmer (in Anlehnung an ein ÖPP-Inhabermodell) im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben.
