Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for ongoing provision of Design, Engineering, supply, Installation support, commissioning and lifecycle support Modular Sterile Compounding Cleanroom Systems (hazardous and non-hazardous) including shop drawings, system components, QA/QC review and final certification from Labworks International Inc. Base building design by SHA consultant. Construction by SHA contractor. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a five (5) yr contract with 2 one year options to extend for the provision of Design and Supply of Modular Sterile Compounding Cleanroom Systems to:Labworks International Inc., 595 Cityview Blvd, Unit 11 ,Woodbridge ,Ontario L4H 3M7 Before awarding a contract, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they can satisfy the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the ten-calendar day posting period. In the event the SHA receives any written statements of capabilities, the SHA will conduct an evaluation of such received statements. If, as a result of such evaluation, the SHA determines that one or more suppliers other than Labworks International Inc. are capable of meeting the SHA’s requirements, the SHA will conduct a further competitive process before making any final award. Such further competitive process may include a publicly issued Request for Proposal or a Request for Proposal issued only to Labworks International Inc. and the suppliers SHA has determined can meet SHA’s requirements.
