Desde la Asociación Inserta Empleo se licita la impartición de ACCIONES DE REACTIVACIÓN LABORAL PARA IMPULSAR LA EMPLEABILIDAD DE LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD A TRAVÉS DEL TALLER "ABRIENDO PUERTAS. TALENTO SENIOR", de 20 horas cada taller, en todo el territorio nacional. El objetivo es facilitar la reactivación laboral de personas mayores de 45 años con discapacidad que, a pesar de contar con experiencia profesional, se encuentran fuera del mercado laboral por diversas razones: personales (como la pérdida de confianza o la falta de motivación), sociales (como el aislamiento o la escasa red de apoyo), o estructurales (como la rigidez de los procesos de selección, la falta de accesibilidad en los entornos laborales o la escasa adaptación de los puestos de trabajo).
