Description

The Department of National Defence (DND), on behalf of the Canadian Forces School of Search and Rescue (CFSSAR), requires hotel accommodation services in Eloy, Arizona, to support parachute training activities from 23 November to 5 December 2026 and 27 March to 24 April 2027. Accommodation must include single and double occupancy rooms, Wi-Fi, housekeeping services, laundry facilities, on-site parking, fitness facilities, breakfast service, and access to cooking facilities. Rooms must be non-smoking and include private washrooms, air conditioning, refrigerators, televisions, and workstations. During the Para Phase (March-April 2027), accommodation providers must be able to ensure complete separation between CFSSAR staff and students through separate buildings or controlled, physically separated areas.
