La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire. Les prestations font l'objet d'un lot unique. Il sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur. Il est passé en application des articles L 2124-2, R 2124-2 1° et R 2161-2 à R 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique et L 2125-1 1°, R 2162-1 à R 2162-6, R 2162-13 et R 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Cette procédure est lancée suite la résiliation d'un précédent accord-cadre. Il sera conclu pour une durée initiale de 18 mois à compter de sa date de notification avec un minimum et maximum en valeur fixés respectivement à 100 000 euros (H.T.) et 420 000 euros (H.T.). Il pourra faire l'objet de deux périodes de reconduction de 12 mois chacune assorties d'un minimum et d'un maximum en valeur fixés à 100 000 euros (H.T.) et 280 000 euros (H.T.) par période envisagée. A titre indicatif l'estimation des besoins pour une année scolaire est d'environ 191 000,00 euros HT en valeur septembre 2026. Le démarrage effectif des prestations est envisagé le 04 janvier 2027. La notification du présent accord-cadre est envisagée en novembre-décembre 2026
