La présente consultation est passée sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2 et R. 2124-2 1° du Code de la commande publique. Conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 et R. 2113-2 du Code de la commande publique, l'ACHETEUR a choisi de ne pas allotir. L'objet du présent marché ne permet pas l'identification de prestations distinctes. Le présent marché est conclu sous la forme d'un marché public de prestations intellectuelles à prix unitaire. Le présent marché est traité sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires au sens de l'article R. 2162-2 du Code de la commande publique, lequel s'exécute par l'émission de bons de commandes en application des articles R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code susmentionné.
