La consultation vise à mettre en place un Accord-Cadre ayant pour objet de sélectionner deux entreprises qui seront admises à présenter des offres en vue de la conclusion de marchés subséquents pour la fourniture et l'acheminement de gaz naturel nécessaire aux besoins des sites inclus au périmètre de l'accord-cadre selon les modalités fixées au CCTP et CCAP. Le titulaire a à sa charge la fourniture et l'acheminement de gaz naturel garantissant l'alimentation en continu et sans aucune altération des besoins des Points de Livraison (PdL) du Pouvoir adjudicateur ainsi que les services associés et complémentaires. Cette fourniture s'entend en "contrat unique" comprenant l'accès et l'utilisation du réseau public de distribution géré par le Gestionnaire du Réseau de Distribution (GRD) et incluant la fonction de responsable d'équilibre. Accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents sans minimum mais avec un maximum annuel exprimé en quantité de 2,7 GWh/an (7 PdL concernés)
