Original language: FrenchLa présente consultation a pour objet des missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre en application du livre IV du Code de la Commande Publique concernant les aménagements cyclables prévus dans le plan vélo de Saint Etienne Métropole pour une période de 4 ans de 2025 à 2029. Les aménagements portent sur des travaux d'infrastructure. 16 km d'aménagements cyclables ont été réalisés en 2025 (réseaux structurants et réseaux de proximité confondus) pour un montant d'opérations de 9,5 millions d'euros TTC. Chaque mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre formalisée dans une commande pourra porter sur un ou plusieurs éléments de mission. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges
