Conformément à l'article R.2162-3 du code de la commande public, il s'agit d'un accord cadre de prestations de maitrise d'oeuvre conclu avec un opérateur économique unique, exécuté en partie par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et en partie par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque opération donnera lieu à la conclusion d'un marché subséquent de maitrise d'oeuvre totale ou partielle portant sur le éléments de missions EP/DIA, AVP, PRO, AMT, EXE, DET, AOR définis par le code de la commande publique notamment dans ses articles R.2431-24 à R.2431-31 et aux articles R. 2431-16 à R. 2431-18. Le détail des missions figure au CCTP. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans ferme sans montants minimum mais avec les montants maximum suivants : Pour la partie exécutée par marchés subséquents : 1 200 000 euro(s) HT pour 4 ans Pour la partie exécutée par émission de bons de commande : 400 000 euro(s) HT pour 4 ans. Une visite facultative sur site est prévue (cf article 5.1.6 du RC)
