La présente consultation a pour objet l’établissement d’un accord-cadre à bons de commande pour des missions de maîtrise d’œuvre en conception (lot 1) et d’un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents en suivi de réalisation (lot 2) pour des travaux de réseaux de chaleur ou de froid. Cet accord-cadre sera multi-attributaire et d’une durée initiale de trois (3) ans, reconductible deux (2) fois pour une période successive d’un (1) an, sauf dénonciation par l’une ou l’autre Partie, trois (3) mois au minimum avant la date d’échéance du présent accord-cadre, par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.
