Original language: FrenchCet accord-cadre a pour objet de déléguer une partie de la production, la conservation, la maintenance et la restauration des oeuvres de la manifestation « Un Été Au Havre » dans l'espace public pour les éditions 2027 à 2030. Le présent marché est pour partie un marché ordinaire et pour partie un accord-cadre s'exécutant en application des articles R2162-2 à R2162-6 du code de la commande publique. Le marché est attribué à un seul opérateur économique, la partie accord-cadre est donc mono-attributaire. Cet accord-cadre donne lieu à la passation de marchés subséquents. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée de 1 an renouvelable par tacite reconduction trois fois
