Single-supplier framework agreement for information and communication technology - Concession of right of use for generic microcomputer software and associated maintenance services

GRANDLYON HABITAT wishes to set up a procurement procedure (Acquisition and/or renewal) for generic microcomputer software, from publishers' catalogs referenced in this file, for the services of GRANDLYON HABITAT. The framework agreement concerns the concession of the right of use and maintenance of generic software, with the exception of Microsoft solutions, for the services of GRANDLYON HABITAT. The aforementioned services are the subject of a single lot. This contract constitutes: A single-supplier framework agreement governed by articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. This framework agreement sets the contractual terms firmly and will be executed as needed by the conclusion of the issuance of purchase orders according to the terms defined in this framework agreement. A framework agreement with a revisable unit price will be awarded, entrusted to a single company or a group. It is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 400,000 euros excluding tax over the firm duration of TWO (2) years. In case of renewal, the maximum amount will also be renewed. In case of a joint bid, the group's representative will be jointly and severally liable for each member of the group.
