Le marché a pour objet de désigner des bureaux d'études pour une assistance et des études techniques préalables dans le domaine de la construction (structure et fluides) et de l'acoustique pour mener à bien des études et des investigations, suivre la conception et la réalisation des travaux et leur livraison. Cette assistance sera spécialisée et ponctuelle sur une phase des projets. Le prestataire agira avec le contrôle de la maîtrise d'oeuvre publique et pour le compte des services des membres du groupement de commande.
