Original language: FrenchLe présent accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation de prestations d'accompagnement opérationnel et stratégique en achat au profit de la Solideo Alpes 2030. Il est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents, passé conformément aux articles R. 2162-2 et R. 2162-7 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. Les marchés subséquents seront attribués après remise en concurrence des titulaires dans les conditions prévues à l'article R. 2162-10 du même code. Les prestations sont définies dans le cahier des clauses particulières. Elles seront principalement réalisées dans les locaux du titulaire. Certaines prestations pourront être réalisées dans les locaux de la Solideo Alpes 2030. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme de vingt-quatre (24) mois, reconductible tacitement deux fois pour une durée d'un an (soit une durée maximum de 48 mois) Il ne comporte pas de montant minimum mais prévoit un montant maximum différencié par période contractuelle, fixé à : - 1 300 000 euro(s) HT pour la période ferme ; - 450 000 euro(s) HT pour la première reconduction ; - 300 000 euro(s) HT pour la seconde reconduction. La valeur estimée, indiquée dans le présent avis de marché, tient compte de la durée totale de l'accord-cadre, y compris les reconductions, ainsi que de l'ensemble des options au sens du droit européen prévues
