Le présent accord-cadre multi-attributaire a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de diagnostic structurel et d'études de sol, géotechniques et environnementales, d'études des sites et sols pollués dans le cadre de projets de constructions, d'aménagements, de voiries, de sinistre ou de réhabilitations, d'acquisition amélioration sur le territoire de l'OPAC de l'Oise. Ces missions pourront être exécutés sur du patrimoine locatif, tertiaire, en copropriété, individuel, collectif, foyer-résidence et/ou établissement recevant du public (ERP), locaux commerciaux. Il est expressément précisé que le présent accord-cadre ne vaut en aucun cas engagement d'exclusivité pour ses titulaires. Le Maître de l'ouvrage demeure libre de confier très occasionnellement des missions similaires à d'autres prestataires s'il s'avère que les titulaires de l'accord-cadre ne peuvent répondre parfaitement au besoin du Maître d'Ouvrage.
