Framework agreement - finishing works_2025 - 1

This tender concerns renovation works across various sites of the Contracting Authority. The finishing works may be carried out independently by the contractor or integrated into larger projects in collaboration with other co-contractors (e.g., carpentry, structural work, electrical, HVAC). They may also be integrated with works partially completed by the Contracting Authority's technical department. The non-exhaustive list of works includes the installation of false ceilings, creating openings for bays, fitting fire-rated or non-fire-rated doors, renovating entire departments or single offices, and constructing partitions. Painting and flooring works are excluded as they are covered by an existing framework agreement. Works will be executed based on subsequent orders at the CHU's various hospital sites, polyclinics, and sample collection facilities, as well as at the residential care homes, service residences, and crèche of Pole 23. Some tasks will require execution outside of standard working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with specific provisions for these in the bill of quantities. This framework agreement aims to establish a partnership for a range of finishing and renovation activities, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to the diverse needs of the Contracting Authority's facilities.
