Accord-cadre à bons de commandes qui porte sur le nettoyage des locaux administratifs de Partenord Le Groupe (hors siège) passé en application des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique du 1er avril 2019. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum, et avec un montant maximum annuel de 300 000 euros H.T, soit un montant maximum de 1 200 000,00 euros H.T sur la durée totale du marché. Il est mono-attributaire. Il est conclu pour une durée initiale de 12 (douze) mois à compter du 1er janvier 2027 à minuit ou à défaut à compter de sa date de notification, si cette dernière est postérieure.
