De opdracht is gericht op het benoemen van een registeraccountant die: - de controle van de geconsolideerde jaarrekening ex artikel 393 lid 1 Boek 2 Burgerlijk Wetboek uitvoert en hiervan verslag uitbrengt; - de natuurlijke adviesfunctie vervult welke voortvloeit uit de bevindingen van de controle, mede tot uitdrukking komend in een managementletter na afronding van de tussentijdse controle; - de bijzondere controles (inclusief de controle van de bekostigingsgegevens) vervult welke de bedrijfsvoering van ROC MN met zich meebrengt.
