De collega?s begeleiden in opdracht van gemeente Noordoostpolder werkzoekenden naar werk, kijken of er scholing nodig is, bezoeken werkgevers, zetten de mogelijkheden voor de werkgever op een rij, zetten zich in voor een match en begeleiden kandidaten wanneer dat nodig is ook na de match. Dat doen we met een team van 17 enthousiaste professionals. Vul jij ons team tijdelijk aan? Wij zoeken voor tijdelijk een Accountmanager Werk. Over de WerkCorporatieDe WerkCorporatie begeleidt inwoners uit Noordoostpolder die vaak afhankelijk zijn van een uitkering als gevolg van de Participatiewet, inwoners die staan ingeschreven in het doelgroepenregister (en daarmee vallen onder de Banenafspraak), Oekra?ners, statushouders en jongeren. Het team bestaat uit klantmanagers participatie, consulenten werk, een werkgeversteam, een jobcoach en een team administratie. We werken zeer nauw samen en we vormen een hecht team. Wat ga je doen?Als consulent werk begeleid je werkzoekenden naar een duurzame werkplek. Het gaat om kandidaten met een uitkering Participatiewet, kandidaten met een arbeidsbeperking, statushouders en kandidaten die geen recht hebben op een uitkering maar wel graag ondersteuning willen (Niet-uitkeringsgerechtigden). In je caseload zitten kandidaten van wie de verwachting is dat zij binnen twee jaar naar werk kunnen. Het is jouw uitdaging om de kandidaten arbeidsfit te maken en te begeleiden naar werk. Daarbij kun je eventueel ook gebruik maken van externe (sport)trajecten en jobcoaches. Je werkt nauw samen met een accountmanager werk ? die op zoek gaat naar banen en stages voor de kandidaten ? en met collega?s die ? net als jij ? staan voor de interne begeleiding.
