L’objectif des formations est d’atteindre un niveau de compétence élémentaire dans les domaines abordés afin : (1) de doter les agents d’une culture générale numérique, des connaissances et pratiques de base suffisantes pour s’intégrer dans l’écosystème numérique de la collectivité, réaliser leurs démarches en sécurité (professionnelles et personnelles), s'adapter à de nouvelles situations notamment liées à la dématérialisation ou à l’intégration du numérique dans les métiers. ; (2) de savoir rendre en main le système d'information de la collectivité et ses modes de collaboration en s'appuyant sur ces compétences socles dans le respect des chartes internes.
