Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Executive Engineer, PWD Cumilla. Construction of the Cumilla District Narcotics Control Office Building (5-storied building with 7-storied foundation) including internal sanitary, internal electrification, land development, pump house, sub-station room, guard room, saluting dais, RCC roads, drain, sentry shed, boundary wall with gate, external water supply and sanitary works, PABX/intercom system, CCTV, networking system, PA and digital conference system, lightning protection system, compound security light, fire extinguishers, pump motor and solar system work under the project of "Construction of District Office of Department of Narcotics Control (1st Phase)." Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: (a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (Five) years . (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 no RCC framed structure building construction work including internal sanitary, internal electrification & external electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 08.0 crore (Tk. Eight crore only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted in the prescribed format e-PW3F as per ITT clause 31.1 (b). (c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 10.0 crore ( Tk. Ten crore only) over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Documents in support annual construction turnover must be submitted in according to ITT clause 31.1(c). (d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 4.0 crore (Tk four crore only) & must be submitted according to ITT clause no-33.1(d) (e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.10.0 crore (Tk. Ten crore only). On going work list & other necessary documents must be submitted in support of Tender Capacity (f) The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC Electrical contractor and ABC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board (g) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender (h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will e accepted in this regard.
