Cet accord-cadre sera mono-attributaire et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande par l'Acheteur Public, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est passé pour une période de 24 mois à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement 1 fois, pour une nouvelle période de 24 mois. Les montants minimum et maximum s'entendent par périodes de 24 mois, et sont les suivants : Montant minimum : 150 000,00 euro(s) HT et Montant maximum : 400 000,00 euro(s) HT Les prestations issues du Bordereau des Prix Unitaires feront l'objet de bons de commande au fur et à mesure des besoins de la collectivité
