Original language: FrenchLe présent accord-cadre et les marchés subséquents afférents ont pour objet l'acheminement et la fourniture d'électricité sur le territoire d'ENEDIS pour les besoins propres de chaque membre, incluant les prestations ci-dessous : - la fourniture complète en électricité des points de livraison des membres du groupement, - la couverture des obligations associées aux garanties de capacité, - la mission de responsable d'équilibre associée aux consommations d'électricité des points de livraison des membres, conformément à l'article L. 321-15 du code de l'énergie ; - l'accès aux réseaux publics de transport et de distribution et leurs utilisations (dans le cadre d'un contrat unique) ; - les prestations annexes aux missions des Gestionnaires des Réseau de Distribution (GRD) rassemblées dans le catalogue des prestations de ces GRD ; - toutes prestations définies au CCP et au Cahier des Clauses Spécifiques (CCS) du marché subséquent concerné.
