Original language: FrenchAcquisition de cartes accréditives et distribution de carburants pour la Communauté d'Agglomération Privas Centre Ardèche et le Centre Intercommunal d'Action Sociale sur le réseau national, ci-après dénommé CAPCA et CIAS.Cet accord-cadre fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur.L'accord-cadre s'exécute dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - CAPCA - CIAS Une première consultation ayant le même objet a été lancée le 20 novembre 2025, avec une date de réception des offres fixée au 7 janvier 2026. Elle a été déclarée sans suite pour le motif d'ordre technique et juridique suivant : - Les conditions définies et les documents annexés dans le dossier de consultation des entreprises ne permettent pas au pouvoir adjudicateur d'analyser objectivement les offres reçues. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est : CAPCA. Il a en charge la passation de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre signe, notifie et suit l'exécution de l'accord-cadre.
