5. Eligible and interested bidders may obtain a complete set of bidding documents in French by submitting a written request to the address mentioned below and against a non-refundable payment of two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) BIF.
The payment method will be by transfer or deposit in equal parts, i.e., 50% to account no. 04104582328 opened at the Bank of the Republic of Burundi (BRB) in the name of "PAEPA GOV/BIF" and 50% to account no. 01104582385 opened at the Bank of the Republic of Burundi (BRB) in the name of the Burundi Revenue Office (OBR).
