L’accord-cadre a pour objet de permettre au Resah, agissant, d’une part, en tant que centrale d’achat « grossiste » au sens de l’article L. 2113-2-1° du Code et, d’autre part, pour les besoins relatifs à la mise en œuvre de ses activités de coopération a pour objet l’acquisition de fauteuils roulants tout-terrain adaptés à la pratique du sport et des activités extérieurs pour adultes et la mise en oeuvre de prestations associées (ci-après les « Prestations Associées »). Les prestations sont exécutées en France métropolitaine. Les prestations peuvent également être destinés à des Bénéficiaires dont le siège est dans tout département ou région d’outre-mer (DROM) (PSEF) et en Belgique (PSEF).
