- The Government of Madagascar has received financing from the World Bank to implement the Safety Nets and Resilience Project (PFSR), and intends to use part of this financing to make payments for the Market relating to the:

LOT 03: TRAINING OR LITERACY SUPPLIES
- The Intervention Fund for Development (FID) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the required qualifications for the execution of the market.
- The procedure will be conducted through competitive bidding using a Request for Quotation as defined in the "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing - 7th edition, September 2025, published by the World Bank", and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
- Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the consultation documents at the address mentioned below (9) from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- The electronic version of the Consultation Document in French may be requested and/or downloaded from address (9) by any interested Bidder by submitting a written request specifying the reference and subject of this notice and the contact details of the Applicant (Name, Phone, email, physical address).
- Bids must be submitted to the address below (9) no later than August 18, 2026 at TEN O'CLOCK (10:00 AM, local time). Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives on the same day as the deadline for bid submission at TEN O'CLOCK (10:00 AM).
- The bid must be accompanied by a duly completed, dated, and signed bid guarantee declaration.
