Original language: FrenchAcquisition de lance grenades multi coups au profit des forces de sécurité intérieure. L’exécution de l’accord-cadre s’effectue en France métropolitaine. En application de l’article L. 2113-11 du code de la commande publique, le présent accord-cadre ne faisant pas l’objet de prestations distinctes, il n’est pas alloti. La décomposition des postes et sous-postes figure au sein des documents de la consultation. L’accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. L’accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification. Le volume quantitatif estimatif du besoin est indiqué au sein des documents de la consultation. Ces quantités ne sauraient engager contractuellement l’administration pour l’exécution de l’accordcadre. Le montant maximal hors taxe de l’accord-cadre pour la durée d’exécution est de 4 000 000 € HT. L'accord-cadre comprend une clause sociale comme critère d'exécution.
