Ce marché vise à compléter, renouveler ou entretenir, en fonction des besoins, le matériel destiné aux agents de la direction du cadre de vie et de l'environnement du service technique de la commune de Saint-Joseph. La forme retenue est celle de l'accord-cadre exécuté au moyen de bons de commande en application des articles R.2124-2, R.2161-3, R.2162-2, R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire. La présente consultation est composé d'un unique lot.
