- The Government of Madagascar has received financing from the World Bank for the implementation of the Safety Nets and Resilience Project (PFSR), and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the Contract for the Acquisition of various lots in the competition and various materials for FSP, TMDH and FIAVOTA beneficiaries, divided into 3 Lots:

2. The Intervention Fund for Development (FID) invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the execution of the contract.
