5. The contract consists of a single lot.

NB: At the Supplier's request, the portion of the contract amount related to the import of equipment may be settled by direct payment in foreign currency to the supplier's account, subject to a bank guarantee for the advance payment of the same amount and in the same currency as the payment currency.
6. Delivery Period
The vehicle must be delivered within a period not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receipt of the letter of award (and not from the date of fund transfer). Any period exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days will result in the offer of the concerned bidder being rejected during evaluation.
The delivery location for the vehicle is at the UGP REGIDESO office located in Commune MUKAZA, KIRIRI Quarter, Avenue des Travailleurs, number 1, opposite the REGIDESO Training Center.
