Pour ses activités de recherche, le CEA-LETI souhaite acquérir un cryostat à circuit fermé d'hélium (1K) dédié à la caractérisation de circuits photoniques intégrés, en vue de conduire des expériences et mesures à très basses températures. Cette demande s'inscrit dans le contexte du projet OQULUS (PEPR Technologies Quantiques), financé dans le cadre de la stratégie nationale quantique (France 2030), visant au développement d'ordinateurs quantiques optiques. L'objectif du CEA est de se doter d'un système cryogénique robuste et polyvalent dédié au développement de dispositifs quantiques de nouvelle génération. L'équipement demandé sera utilisé pour la caractérisation de composants et circuits dans le domaine du photoniques intégrés (PICs) comportant des détecteurs de photons uniques à nanofils supraconducteurs (SNSPD). Ces détecteurs requièrent un environnement cryogénique afin d'atteindre le régime supraconducteur et d'assurer des performances optimales en termes d'efficacité de détection et de bruit de mesure, conditionnant la température d'opération du cryostat recherché (<1k).
