Acquisition, maintenance and associated services of a solution covering all the needs of the Information Systems Medicalization Program (PMSI) for the MCO, SMR, PSY, HAD and external sectors for the GHT Alliance de Gironde

The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications. The services are regulated by unit and lump-sum prices. The framework agreement is broken down as follows: - 1st part: Acquisition of a solution covering all the needs of the Information Systems Medicalization Program (PMSI) for the MCO, SMR, PSY, HAD and external sectors - 2nd part: Maintenance of a solution covering all the needs of the Information Systems Medicalization Program (PMSI) for the MCO, SMR, PSY, HAD and external sectors - 3rd part: Associated service days The present provisions of the contract apply to both the services provided for in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) and any additional services in the event that they are called upon during notification: - PSE1: supply and maintenance of an Operational Infocenter - PSE2: supply and maintenance of a Decision-Making Infocenter - PSE3: supply and maintenance of a CSARR interface - PSE4: supply and maintenance of a coding optimization solution The framework agreement is executed for the benefit of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire Alliance de Gironde with the establishments listed in Annex 2 of the commitment letter. The supporting establishment of the GHT Alliance de Gironde is the University Hospital Center of Bordeaux represented by Mr. The Director. He is responsible for the tender process, signing, and notification of the framework agreement. Each member, supporting establishment, and party must monitor the execution of the framework agreement concerning them. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from its notification date (the date of 05/01/2026 is an estimated notification date). The maximum amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is EUR 3,100,000 excluding tax, broken down as follows: - CHU de Bordeaux: EUR 1,200,000 excluding tax - CH Libourne: EUR 400,000 excluding tax - CH Sainte-Foy-La-Grande: EUR 100,000 excluding tax - CH Cadillac: EUR 400,000 excluding tax - CH Sud Gironde: EUR 400,000 excluding tax - CH Bazas: EUR 100,000 excluding tax - CH Charles Perrens: EUR 300,000 excluding tax - CH Haute Gironde: EUR 100,000 excluding tax - CH Arcachon: EUR 100,000 excluding tax
