Description
The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) through its SPIU, with financing from the World Bank-funded Revenue Improvement and Spending Efficiency (RISE) Program-for-Results (PforR) hereby invites eligible companies to submit their bids on the tender of Acquisition of e-Procurement Software for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Solution. Participation is open on equal conditions to all specialized companies in the field.
Tender documents are obtained from the E-Procurement system for Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw ). All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system on or before dates specified in the umucyo interface. Late bids will be rejected by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same date of opening.
The bids shall be accompanied by a bid security and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days effective from the submission deadline.
Any prospective bidder may ask the procuring entity to provide explanations as to the content of the tender document within two thirds (2/3) of the deadline period for the submission of tenders from the date of tender notice publication.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law governing Public Procurement
