1.2 Proponent Questions.Proponents must send any questions related to this Service Proposal Call by EMAIL to the following address: contratoscostarica@unicef.org.
The deadline for receiving questions will be July 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM.Proponents should formulate their questions as clearly and concisely as possible.In addition, proponents must notify UNICEF immediately and in writing of any ambiguity, error, omission, discrepancy, inconsistency, or other defect they have observed in any part of the Service Proposal Call, providing detailed information about it.
Proponents will not benefit from such ambiguities, errors, omissions, discrepancies, inconsistencies, or other defects.UNICEF will compile the questions received.
UNICEF may, at its discretion, immediately send a copy of any anonymized question and its answer to all other invited Proponents and/or publish it on the UNICEF website and/or answer the question at a tender conference.
After any such tender conference, UNICEF may prepare and publish a question and answer document on its website.1.3 Amendments to the Service Proposal Call documents.
At any time prior to the Proposal Submission Deadline, UNICEF may, for any reason, whether on its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a potential Proponent, modify the Service Proposal Call by amendment.
If the Service Proposal Call was already publicly available online, amendments will also be published online.
In addition, all amendments to the Call documents will be notified in writing to all potential Proponents who have received the Service Proposal Call directly from UNICEF.
