Original language: PortugueseADMINISTRAÇÃO - O presente termo tem por objetivo a contratação de empresa para elaboração de PPCI e SPDA do pavilhão de eventos e um PCCI para evento temporário do Município de Capão Bonito do Sul/RS.
- 01 (um) Projeto de Prevenção e Proteção Contra Incêndio (PPCI) para pavilhão de eventos, com área de aproximadamente 3.291 m² ;
- 01 (um) Projeto de Sistema de Proteção contra Descargas Atmosféricas (SPDA) para o mesmo pavilhão.
- 01 (um) Projeto para evento temporário, de acordo com as informações do evento encaminhada pelo setor responsável.
O contratado deverá:
- Profissional devidamente habilitado e deverá possuir registro no CREA;
- Apresentar ART/RRT dos serviços;
- Comprovar experiência em projetos de PPCI e SPDA;
- Atender integralmente às normas técnicas vigentes;
- Entregar projetos aprováveis pelos órgãos competentes, conforme normas do Corpo de Bombeiros;
- Elaborar memoriais, plantas e detalhamentos necessários;
- Dimensionar sistemas de prevenção, tais como:
- Extintores;
- Sinalização de emergência;
- Iluminação de emergência;
- Saídas de emergência;
- Sistemas hidráulicos preventivos (hidrantes, se aplicável);
- Atender às normas técnicas como:
- Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (NBRs aplicáveis);
- Normativas e demais legislações vigentes e suas atualizações
