GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland faciliteert van september tot en met december opnieuw een COVID-19 vaccinatiecampagne. Deze campagne is bedoeld voor risico doelgroepen en zal in zijn geheel ongeveer 12 weken duren. De campagne wordt op 14 locaties in de omgeving uitgevoerd. De verwachting is dat wij rond de 42.000 inwoners van de regio zullen gaan vaccineren. Als admin/host ben jij het gezicht van onze vaccinatie locaties. Jij ontvangt de inwoners en begeleidt hen naar of door het administratieve proces. Jij controleert de gezondheidsvragenlijst, persoonsgegevens en identiteitsbewijzen bewijs en legt de afspraak vast in het registratiesysteem. Indiennodig verwijs je de inwoner door naar een arts. Voor deze opdracht is het mogelijk om zowel via een bureau als zzp?er aan de slag te gaan. Gezien de duur van de campagne houden wij de kandidaat verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van Wet DBA. Let er op als ZZP?er dat er geen toeslag is op zaterdag.Voor uitzendkrachten of gedetacheerden, houden wij rekening met onze CAO SGO. Deze functie valt in schaal 6 van onze CAO.Voor alle kandidaten is het tarief inclusief reiskosten en eventuele eindejaarsuitkering of vakantiegeld.Wij vragen voor deze opdracht een minimale beschikbaarheid van 3 diensten per week, een dienst heeft 7 uur. Jij bent dus minimaal 21 uur beschikbaar. In verband met onze flexibele schil kan het zijn dat je soms meer of soms minder ingeroosterd wordt. Je ontvangt een 0 uren contract wat betekent dat de 21 uur per week niet gegarandeerd zijn. Daarnaast is het belangrijk om er rekening mee te houden dat de opdracht eerder kan stoppen. Dit is afhankelijk van de opkomst aan bewoners. Vanzelfsprekend word je dan op tijd aangezegd.Voor de uitvoering van deze opdracht is de inzet van meerdere professionals vereist. De exacte capaciteitsbehoefte van de opdrachtgever is momenteel nog niet volledig inzichtelijk. Afhankelijk van deze behoefte en het beschikbare aanbod in de markt, wordt naar verwachting na deze aanbesteding een vergelijkbare vervolgvraag gepubliceerd. Deze zal volgen nadat de gunningsbeslissing van deze aanbesteding is bekendgemaakt.
