Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die vollständige Administration der betrieblichen Altersversorgung (bAV) der BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Verwaltung von Anwärtern, unverfallbar ausgeschiedenen Versorgungsberechtigten sowie Rentenempfängern einschließlich Bestandsmanagement, vorbereitender Rentenabrechnung, Rentenverwaltung, Versorgungsausgleich, Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen, Korrespondenz, Rentenanpassungen, Archivierung sowie der Bereitstellung von Daten für Jahresabschluss- und Gutachterprozesse. Die zu betreuenden Bestände umfassen aktuell mehrere tausend Anwärter und Rentner in insgesamt mehr als 20 Versorgungsordnungen.
