Przedmiotem zamówienia jest administrowanie niżej wymienionymi nieruchomościami: 5.1 Osiedle Akademickie „Przyjaźń" składa się z budynków pełniących funkcje domów studenckich, budynków wielolokalowych oraz domów jednorodzinnych. Osiedle można podzielić na część nową, składającą się z trzech akademików wybudowanych w latach 1998-2001 oraz część starą wybudowaną w latach pięćdziesiątych. Układ urbanistyczny „Osiedla Przyjaźń” Osiedle Akademickie wpisany jest do Gminnej ewidencji Zabytków pod numerem BEM34112. Osiedle Akademickie „Przyjaźń” wpisane zostało do rejestru zabytków pod numerem A-1842. Powierzchnia terenu wynosi: 298 990 m2.
