En caso de producirse igualdad del puntaje final resultante de la evaluación, se adjudicará la oferta que obtenga el mayor puntaje en el factor que ocupa el primer lugar en el siguiente “Ordenamiento”, y sin aún existe igualdad, sigue el factor que ocupa el segundo lugar y así sucesivamente:

En caso de persistir la igualdad, se seleccionará la propuesta que ingresó primero enwww.mercadopublico.cl.
Los oferentes tendrán un plazo de 2 días hábiles desde la notificación de la adjudicación a través del portal Mercado Público, para hacer consultas sobre la adjudicación a través del sistema, mecanismo implementado por el Portal Mercado Público.
La Dirección de Vialidad Región Metropolitana, deberá pronunciarse respecto de las consultas recibidas, dentro de los 5 días hábiles siguientes.
El adjudicatario deberá incluir en su oferta una declaración firmada por el Representa legal, conforme al (Anexo Nº 04), propuesta en los archivos adjuntos de la Ficha de licitación, donde acredite no tener saldos insolutos de remuneraciones o cotizaciones de seguridad social con sus actuales trabajadores o con trabajadores contratados en los últimos 2 años.
Y un Certificado de Antecedentes Laborales y Previsionales vigente a la fecha de ingreso de las ofertas.
Posteriormente, el oferente que resulte adjudicado deberá presentar al momento de facturar, un Certificado de Antecedentes Laborales y Previsionales vigente emitido por la Dirección del Trabajo (F30), donde acredite no tener saldos insolutos de Remuneraciones o cotizaciones de seguridad social con sus actuales trabajadores o con trabajadores contratados.
El órgano comprador podrá requerir al adjudicatario, en cualquier momento, los antecedentes que estime necesarios para acreditar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones laborales antes señaladas. En caso de que el adjudicatario registre saldos insolutos de remuneraciones o cotizaciones de seguridad social con sus actuales trabajadores o con trabajadores contratados en los últimos dos años, los primeros estados de pago producto del contrato licitado deberán ser destinados al pago de dichas obligaciones, debiendo el adjudicatario acreditar que la totalidad de las obligaciones se encuentran liquidadas al cumplirse la mitad del período de ejecución del contrato, con un máximo de seis...
