Once each bidder has been qualified, and in case of a tie between two or more proposals; to break the tie, the most convenient proposal for the municipality's interests will be chosen, which will be determined as follows: ● Firstly, according to the qualification obtained in the Price or economic offer value criterion. ● Secondly, based on the qualification obtained in the Delivery Time criterion. ● Thirdly, according to the qualification obtained in the Integrity Pact criterion. ● Fourthly, based on the qualification obtained in the Territorial Factor criterion. ● Finally, according to the qualification obtained in the Compliance with Formal Requirements. If the tie persists, the tender will be awarded to the first offer registered on the public market portal, validated by the offer submission receipt, and if the tie still persists, a draw will be held in the presence of the Municipal Secretary, as a Minister of Faith. This draw must be included in the tender evaluation report and published through the public market system. By the mere act of participating in this tender, you expressly accept this integrity pact, undertaking to comply with each and every one of the stipulations contained therein, without prejudice to those indicated in the rest of the tender documents and other integral documents. Specifically, the bidder agrees to provide all information and documentation deemed necessary and required according to these tender documents, expressly assuming the following commitments: 1.
