La municipalidad aplicará las siguientes multas:
El retraso reiterado e injustificado (3 veces consecutivas) en relación al plazo ofertado del proveedor en la entrega del producto en piso de bodega 5 UTM
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA APLICACIÓN DE MULTAS
Detectada la infracción por la Unidad Técnica, emitirá informe a fin de que inicie el procedimiento de cobro de multa.
La unidad técnica notificará por correo electrónico al proveedor del hecho constitutivo de la infracción, quien tendrá 2 días hábiles contados desde la fecha de envío del correo electrónico, para hacer los descargos que estime necesario.
Los descargos se podrán hacer por escrito, vía correo electrónico, (se debe enviar al correo del cual se le notifique la infracción) o en formato papel en sobre cerrado dirigido al alcalde, con la siguiente lectura“descargos en procedimientos de cobro de multas, de la licitación para el año 2026,“ADQUISICIÓN DE DIÉSEL PARA LA CALDERA Y MAQUINARIA PESADA DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE CHOLCHOL”
Una vez cumplido el plazo para hacer los descargos, habiéndose realizado o no, el alcalde con el mérito de los antecedentes de la fiscalización de la unidad técnica, resolverá mediante decreto exento.
Si el decreto exento ordena la aplicación de la multa se notificará por correo electrónico, teniendo el plazo fatal de 5 días hábiles contados desde la fecha de emisión del correo electrónico para enterar por tesorería municipal el pago de la multa, debiendo entregar copia de pago dentro de los dos días hábiles.
