The bidding will be carried out through national competitive procurement using the Request for Bids (RFB) method, in accordance with the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers, Sixth Edition, February 2025 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders, as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
