Bidders and, subsequently, the awarded provider, declare that, by the mere act of participating in this tender, they expressly accept this integrity pact, undertaking to comply with each and every one of the stipulations contained therein, without prejudice to those indicated in the rest of the tender documents and other integrating documents. Specifically, they agree to provide all information and documentation deemed necessary and required according to these tender documents, expressly assuming the following commitments: a. Likewise, the awarded provider commits to respecting human rights, which means they must avoid causing or contributing to adverse effects on human rights through their activities, products, or services, and remedy such effects when they occur, in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. b. Not offer or grant, nor attempt to offer or grant, bribes, gifts, prizes, gratuities, or payments, of whatever type, nature, and/or amount, to any public official in relation to their offer, the public tender process, nor the execution of the contract(s) that may arise from it, nor to offer or grant them to third parties who could directly or indirectly influence the tender process, its decision-making, or the subsequent award and execution of the contract(s) derived from it. c. Not attempt or make agreements or conduct negotiations, acts, or behaviors that aim to influence or affect free competition in any way, whatever the specific conduct or act, and especially, those agreements, negotiations, acts, or behaviors of a collusive type or nature, in any of its types or forms. d. Review and verify all information and documentation that must be submitted for the tender process, taking all necessary measures to ensure its veracity, integrity, legality, consistency, accuracy, and validity. e. Adjust their actions and comply with the principles of legality, probity, and transparency in the present tender process and in the execution of the contract. f.
