PUBLIC TENDER CALL The National Forest Corporation (CONAF), Biobío Regional Directorate, invites interested parties to participate in the Public Tender for the "ACQUISITION OF TOOLS AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY PEE PROGRAM", in compliance with Law No. 19.886 of 07.11.2003, on the General Bases for Administrative Supply and Service Contracts; Law No. 21.634, which modernizes Law No. 19.886 on public procurement, to improve the quality of public spending, increase probity and transparency standards, and introduce circular economy principles in State purchases; Decree No. 661 of 12.12.2024, which approves the Regulation of Law No. 19.886, on bases for administrative supply and service contracts, and other applicable regulations. The purpose of this process is to establish a tender process that allows for the acquisition of tools, clothing, safety footwear, and personal protective equipment for the Extraordinary PEE Program. The purpose of this tender is the acquisition of hand tools, clothing, safety footwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for the personnel and prevention tasks of the Extraordinary PEE Program, as well as clothing and safety footwear for the technical personnel of the Program and provincial managers.
